Revamped the existing Dealer Association model, which has a $1.2B financial impact. We conducted a landscape analysis and have initiated various workstreams (e.g.: efficiencies in media purchasing, alignment of marketing assets, etc.) to bring forward a program that has not evolved over the past few decades. This model impacts over 1,200 dealers and 20 Dealer Associations in the US. Two of the workstreams that were a result of this strategy focused on enabling a digital platform that focused on Media and Marketing collaboration between Tier 1 and Tier 2 co-op program.
Engaged a team of Agile experts to support the client in its journey of Digital Transformation. We established a DevOps model to deepen the level of communication and collaboration between IT and Business functions and increase our velocity in delivery value to our customers.
My team and I collaborated with Senior Leaders and Executives to drive strategic initiatives that overlapped their areas. These initiatives had common themes with functions, such as, Information Technology, Human Resources and Corporate Shared Services.
